Instaoutfits 04 & #Passion4Fashion

Yay for everyday outfits, I love doing these posts (as I’ve probably said the 3 times previously that I’ve written them). Now I’m working from home with a staffing of one (moi) its nice to keep accountable. Not gunna lie there are days when all I want to do is stay in my joggers and hoodie and you know when its -3 degrees my beloved Uggs are well and truly on for the majority.
But the one thing I’ve learnt is, if I make an effort in the morning my day is far more productive, work gets done and I’m generally in a happier mood.
After working in a uniform for the past 3 years I’m loving having the freedom to choose my clothes each day. Only problem is I obviously need more clothes now. Blatantly I don’t need anything. But still i shop;)

There are a few items i’ve been loving this month
My new Mango biker jacket, my Adidas Gazelle sneakers, my old but very loved Camel coat (similar and really nice) and then lots and lots of knitwear.
Where i can I’ve listed the items or very similar below, just in case you would like to join me on the needing more clothes front.

What have you bought this month and loved?

Yes, the need versus want issue… Well, someone has to keep the economy afloat, might as well be us, 'the women who shop'. I love that burgundy biker jacket of yours…

Rachel I could quite happily just take very single one of these outfits and wear them myself – if you could arrange to do that for me that'd be wonderful, thanks very much!!

Hehe seriously though, how do you do it? As you know I work from home too and find the getting dressed up every day very hard, especially when it's cold out and I don't have to go out apart from going for a walk (and then I dress for warmth and comfort only… style goes out the window)!!

As for your question: This month I bought the M&S orange animal print coat I've been lusting after since I saw it at a press thing last summer… Reduced from £149 to £38, now THAT'S what I call a bargain!!!!!!!! (It'll be on the blog tomorrow 🙂

Thanks for hosting sweetie, enjoy your weekend!

OH Rachel Pretty Mamma so many great outfits. I love that you wear quite a few dresses in Winter. Your collection of coats and leather jackets is amazing. The first three outfits and the one of the sweater dress with the plaid poncho/wrap are my favorites. Also that black jumpsuit is super chic and looks gorgeous on you.

Love, love, love the burgundy biker! What a fab colour. And I love those Great Plains trousers on you.
I've only bought a few bits this month, a pair of gloves in the sale, a scarf – hardly gonna set the world on fire! But saves the bank balance.
I've a shout out for Yosa on my Tomboy linked up post – showcasing the Ditzy Mint necklace!

I work mainly from home, too, and I know what a difference getting dressed makes! I love all your outfits! You got some great new pieces! And, yes, want vs. need… 🙂

However ridiculously full my wardrobe is I still keep shopping. I should really have a purge but I'm so hopeless at getting rid of stuff. I had to exercise some serious willpower last week to stop myself buying more shoes, they sat in my online basket for four days and I kept going back and looking at them, trying to justify buying them. I'm a lost cause! I know what you mean about being more productive when you make the effort with clothes though. Sitting in PJs all day is not conducive to getting stuff done, as comfy as it is!
