Smart-Casual; Jeans and a Blazer (and Passion4Fashion Linkup!)

If i were to pick out a particular outfit that i would class as my uniform it would without a doubt be a blazer and jeans. The outfit style can vary somewhat, whether that be boyfriend/ skinny/ coloured jeans and then a cropped/ long/ patterned blazer, but generally this is my uniform. I am most happy when i am in an outfit like this. I guess to me it is what i would call smart-casual. I can face the day knowing i am ready for whatever it may throw at me. It is my means business suit of armour. And although it may not be a power suit it is perfect for my life. I don’t think i even own a suit, haha! I don’t think i’d even know what to do with one. But jeans and a blazer i know, and that suits me just fine;)

As you can see from these photos, the weather has taken a turn towards autumn again! grrr! I was soo enjoying the sunny weather, hopefully that won’t be the last of our summer here in the UK. This frizzy hair doo is the result of being rained on. Multiple times. I can handle that in winter, but summer? c’mon! gimme a break!

Oh, I was just thinking that I was sure I'd seen a similar F+F blazer recently, and then discovered that this one was it – duh me!
Love the colourful combination to cheer up whatever the weather is like.

I love the colour blocking in this smart casual look. The colors are amazing, I love your necklace and the leopard print clutch is perfect for this look.

I love the green and blue and the necklace ties it all together perfectly! So sorry the weather has gotten yucky. We finally got past days and days of rain and it's supposed to be sunny for at least a few days.

Perfection, Rachel Perfection. I love how you see color. You are such an fashion inspiration to me. I am feeling better and I just may have some photo shoot moments coming out next week. The chemo 4 has been mild with its moments of course. I love the metallic flats in this ensemble = just right or perfect, actually. Have a wonderful Blog Hop and see you over on IG. ♥

What I love about your style is that you really know how to use colour. Maybe the weather has changed but it is STILL SUMMER, and to me this look says summer 100%.

And I couldn't agree with you more a blazer and jeans should be every woman's staple, you can never go wrong.

Balance your spiritual energy and get in harmony with your soul by practicing these Radha-Krishna meditations.

    Sri Gita Govinda
-A book written in the 12th century, this is a description of the intimate loving affairs of Radha and Krishna

    Govinda Lilamrta
-An 400 year old book which poetically describes the eternal daily pastimes of Radha and Krishna

    Ananda Vrindavan Campu
-This is probably the most poetic and intimate portrayal of Sri Krsna’s life in Vrndavana that has ever been written.

Prayers of Service to Radha and Krishna (Sankalpa Kalpadruma)

Prema Samputa The Treasure Chest of Love

And the following four are taken from Visvanath Cakravarti's Camatkara Candrika, a 300 year old scripture that talks about the love meeting of Radha and Krishna:

    The Meeting in the Box

The Meeting of Sri Krishna Disguised as a Female Doctor

The Meeting of Sri Krishna Disguised as a Female Singer

The Meeting of Sri Krishna Disguised as Abhimanyu

And lastly, we have a very amazing scripture which describes the 24 hour daily loving affairs of Radha and Krishna in Vrindavan, called Bhavanasara Sangraha. This book is now available on Amazon for Kindle, for only $3.49

Here is a 41 page sample of Bhavanasara Sangraha:

The above book can also be read on your PC using Amazon Kindle for PC, download here for free:

Throwing a blazer on makes any outfit look more put-together. I absolutely love the mix of green and blue in this outfit. You look amazing!
