The Perfect Occasion Dress

I own very few occasion dresses, granted i have very few occasions to need special dresses but to have one dress that you can slip on and feel fabulous in is always a good thing. That way if i get any last minute invites i know i wouldn’t have to panic and could just throw on my perfect occasion dress and heels and off i shall go to the ball. This Joe Browns beauty is just the dress i needed in my armoury. Colourful, fun and super flattering this is my new ‘it’ dress. It is made from that super scuba type fabric that is on trend right now,i actually find it helps sculpt your figure and leaves a very flattering line.
The cut of the dress is perfectly retro and feminine, with the beautiful sweetheart neckline and thick straps it is not just well thought out but practical too ( meaning it covers my bra straps, which is always nice).
Joe Browns have always carried such a great range of dresses, they never fail to impress me.

To finish off I added some neon heels, a raspberry clutch  and finally some pink earrings. I did try a necklace but i wanted to keep the sweetheart neckline clean and fuss free. There are so many great colours in this dress it gives lots of great options for accessories.
So there we have it, the perfect occasion dress.. I am super pleased!
