I set out earlier this week with Paul to take some photos as we often do, and we were passing through Llantrisant Common not far from the office. It was a cold grey but dry day, so we pulled over and met some of the most beautiful horses
It was so lovely, they were just so tame and wanted to be petted and probably thought we cometh with food but all i had was my Orla scarf, and lovely or not, i was not parting with that!
Jeans: F&F: Tesco
Green Sweater: Next
Coat: New Look
Scarf: Orla Kiely for Uniqlo
Shoes: Office: £5 ebay
I’ve had this scarf since the Uniqlo/Orla drop and i haven’t worn it. Crazy huh! Its so pretty! It has so many great colours, this outfit came about through things just generally being thrown next to each other, you know when you’re sorting through your washing and the endless pile of clothes that gets shifted around the bedroom to be put away (just me that does that?) well these ended up in a pile next to each other. Then came a light bulb moment, next came the outfit! I love divine inspiration, haha 🙂
The shoes are a recent eBay bargain, £5 for next to new (im guessing only worn in doors once perhaps) Office wedge perfect fit shoes. It doesn’t get much better. The thrifting Gods have been good to me of late. I just could do with the money Gods to follow suit, or that money tree to start growing in my garden, that would be greeaat 😉
Isn’t he a beaut, he was just posing up a charm and loving the camera. Funny story, i am not a natural horsey gal. I think they’re lovely and all, but 3 times i have ridden different horses over the years and 3 times i have fallen off. Which is bizzare as I’m a Sagittarius, i kinda thought i’d be at one with horses!
After they realized that we had to grub they decided to go for the horses arse shots (below), i do not think i’m the next horse whisperer… just awesome scarf wearer, heehee!
