Hot Diggedy Dog

Hiya Guys!
Well life round here is back to normal, i am in fierce work mode! And you know when you have those super productive days and you leave feeling all good inside, well thats been me lately.
In real life you will often find me moaning and groaning about my day job, the business i run with Paul. But when it comes down to the thought of loosing it, well, i become all protective of it like it’s another child. Yes it has major down falls, no it’s not my “ideal job” but it pays my bills, put shoes on my kids feet (and fairly often mine too!) and food on the table. I work with my hubby too which i dont want to change. Weirdly we make a great team, i say weird as we are complete opposites in many ways!
So yes! i have been working extra hard to try and keep this baby going. Pat pat on the back for me. Now i deserve a new dress for that surely??!!! (just joking paul;) )

Dress: Gap Sale

Cardi: F&F Tesco (old)

Shoes: New Look (2 months ago)

Bag: Peacocks

Necklace & matching ring: Vintage via ebay

I bought this dress a couple of months ago in the Gap sale. Having not worn it yet i thought it was the perfect party dress for my Neo’s birthday last Friday. Every Mamma should get a new dress on their kids birthday i reckon! I mean come on, we brought them in to the world! We deserve presents too if you ask me.

I gotta say though,i think i have issues. I can not stop wearing red and mustard. Some times with a side of tan (like a hotdog haha!) sometimes green, and often blue. I think i need to go cold turkey and not wear these colours for, oh i dunno, a whole week. EEeeek im getting the shakes just thinking about it. Im sat in red, blue and mustard right now. Someone send help. :-/

Take it easy lovelies xxxx (fridays right round the corner!!)

Darling dress! I do the same thing with color, wearing white and blue a lot more than the average human. But that's what makes me feel beautiful, so it works! (: You look fabulous in those autumn tones!

I had no idea you ran a business with your hubby! How awesome is that?! I say that mainly because most people couldn't work with their spouses. It says a lot that y'all can. That's really neat, I think šŸ™‚
And Rachel, seriously, can we just talk for a minute about how cute you are? From your adorable, sort of shy smile, to your perfectly perfect black hair….to this AMAZING hot dog-esque outfit combo! Can I borrow this, from head to toe? Yes? Thanks.

No really, you're adorable and I totally agree that mommies should get presents at their kids birthdays. At the very least from the daddy. šŸ™‚ I mean, it's your big day, too!

love the outfit, the jewelry really pops with those colors. It doesn't remind me of hot dogs if that is any consolation.
